Shipping policy

TrophyPic currently ships within the United States.

Shipping charges
• $6.99 for merchandise subtotals from $0.00 through $39.99
• $9.99 for merchandise subtotals from $40.00 through $50.00
• Free shipping for merchandise subtotals of $50.01 or more

Delivery timing
TrophyPic products are personalized. Delivery estimates begin after the customer approves the proof and the production partner accepts the order, not when the order is first placed. Production and carrier delays may occur. The order-specific estimate shown in customer communications controls over any general estimate.

Tracking
Tracking is emailed when the production partner marks the order shipped.

Address and delivery issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact skipper@mytrophypic.com promptly with the order number.

Damage or incorrect product
If an order arrives damaged, materially defective, or materially different from the approved proof, email skipper@mytrophypic.com with the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so TrophyPic can review the issue.
